For over 100 attendees at a Dry Event (no alcohol provided or permitted) you should submit the information below:
Please remember that you must abide by the social host policies (especially concerning noise and trash), and that if you need catering or special set-up, you must contact the appropriate office. (PPS can be reached at email@example.com.)
Please note that, depending upon anticipated attendance or other factors, the Office of the Dean of Students and/or the Sewanee Police may determine that you need to have officers present. Should police be required at your event, your organization will be charged $30 per hour, per officer. Please note that if you have a band, over 100 attendees, or BYO, it will be required for officers to work your event.
